Photos: U.S. Coast Guard Eagle Visits Bermuda
The US Coast Guard Cutter Eagle is currently in Bermuda.
As the only active duty sailing vessel of the United States government, Eagle has served as a classroom at sea to future Coast Guard officers since 1946, offering leadership and professional development experiences as part of the Coast Guard Academy and Officer Candidate School curriculum. While sailing the high seas and visiting ports around the world, Coast Guard cadets and officer candidates practice leadership and technical skills needed for success in the maritime environment.
