Registrar Issues Writ For C36 By-Election
The Parliamentary Registrar announced that a writ of election was issued to initiate the by-election for Constituency 36, Sandys North.
A Government spokesperson said, “Today, Tenia K. Woolridge of the Parliamentary Registrar announced that a writ of election was issued to initiate the bye-election for Constituency 36, Sandys North. The election is scheduled to take place on 4 October 2024, with the polling station located at Allen Temple AME Church Hall in Sandys.
“The registration period for this election will close on 29 August 2024 at 5:00pm. Voters in the constituency are encouraged to verify their registration details online at elections.gov.bm or in person to ensure they are correctly registered.
“For more information regarding the bye-election, please visit www.elections.gov.bm.”
