Dorian Tucker Offering Leadership Sessions
Dorian Tucker, a former corrections officer with 36 years of service, is now offering leadership development sessions for both men and women on the island.
With a career that saw him rise to the rank of principal officer, Mr Tucker brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as a leadership coach.
Certified in Speaking, Coaching, and Leadership by the John C Maxwell Leadership Training programme in Orlando, Florida, Mr Tucker is well-equipped to guide others on their journey to becoming effective leaders.
His leadership sessions are tailored to meet diverse needs, offering the following options:
Personal Leadership Training: A personal, family and organisation influence [emphasis on the disconnect and the reconnecting of a generation].
Leadership Coaching: One-on-one or group.
Leadership Development for Men: The three levels of parenting management, leadership and coaching.
Leadership Development for Fathers Raising Daughters: Emphasising the father’s role in raising daughters [from a father’s perspective].
Leadership Development for Single Mothers Raising Sons: Single mothers raising sons, three sessions on management, leadership and coaching.
Earlier this year, Mr Tucker hosted a Leaders Developing Leaders workshop for men at St Paul’s Educational Centre in Paget.
In 2020, he also launched a three-day workshop titled Single Moms Raising Sons From A Male Perspective for the Women’s Resource Centre, also in Paget.
Beyond these workshops, Mr Tucker has shared his expertise with various organisations, including the Transformational Centre, the Family Centre, and the Boys to Men summer camp, where he has inspired many with his leadership insights.
