Apprenticeship Application Deadline Extended
The Ministry of Economy and Labour has extended the application deadline for the 2024 Graduate Apprenticeship Programme application to October 15.
A Government spokesperson said, “This extension provides an additional opportunity for unemployed recent college and university graduates to apply for the programme, which is critical in bridging the gap between academic study and the workforce.
“Since its inception, the programme has assisted 42 graduates in gaining invaluable hands-on experience, developing professional networks, and advancing their careers through the 10-week work placements offered by the Department of Workforce Development [DWD]. This initiative remains a vital component of the Government’s Economic Development Strategy, especially Strategic Priority No. 5, which focuses on youth empowerment and addressing unemployment.
“Graduates are encouraged to take advantage of this extended deadline and apply through the Department of Workforce Development’s website.
