Jasmine Spence Scores Hat-Trick For Newport
Bermudian footballer Jasmine Spence made an impressive showing as she scored a hat-trick in Newport Pagnell Town Women’s 5-2 win at home to Ashridge Park in the second qualifying round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup yesterday [September 22].
Spence, who finished as her team’s highest scorer last season with 17 league goals, opened her account before half-time to make it 2-0, adding her second and her team’s third midway through the second period. The forward completed her hat-trick late on to make it 5-2.
Newport Pagnell Town Women are sixth in the East Midlands Women’s Regional League after two matches.
