Somers Share Repurchases For August 2024
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated, “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of August 2024, Somers purchased 119,000 of its own common shares at an average cost of $13.43 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at August 31, 2024 was 24,291,115 [net of 119,000 treasury shares].”
