    ” BTA support* match racing event”

    This is about time !

    Bermuda is a business we should not be an immature political battle ground.

    No body said the we have to love one another, on the hill .
    Just get along !

    Where did all the people go, many be they just had enough ? “Just asking. ?
    “That killed the goose that laid the golden egg ” !

    We have lost millions in the past, our cup board is bare . Simply because the Bermufa Government has turned its back on sailing .

    Aparantly we just don’t know how to make grape juice or the finest wine out of grapes !

    This is not the first time I have tried to get Bermuda more involved in sailing events.

    My favourite two word in the book is ” MARKETING ” and “ENTHUSIASM”.

    We are quick to jump on the jet out of here to participate in other peoples sports only come back empty handed with nothing left in our pockets .

    ” Kind of missed the boat don’t you think ” !

    Do no try to talk you way out of that one .

    With Bermuda’s with empty hotel rooms ; shops and restaurants including loss of revenue a.

    Bermuda has the the Great Sound, considered to be one of the finest sailing venue if not the best, on the planet with our protected. warm water and a gentle breeze .

    * Glosary.
    Match racing is an ever where two sailboats battle it out for the Golden Fleece .
