Bermuda claimed an impressive haul of medals in the three-day warm-up competition before the Pickleball World Cup in Lima, Peru.
Yesterday [October 25], Val Stevenson and Stuart Smith won the gold medal in the Mixed Doubles Skill: [4.0] Age: [50 and above] Division.
Meanwhile, Victoria Powell and Mark Cordeiro won silver in the Mixed Doubles Skill: [4.5] Age: [50 and above] Division.
On day two, Gavin Manders and Benjamin Jones won gold in the Men’s Doubles Skill [4.5] Open.
Meanwhile, Imani Phillips and Melissa Judd claimed gold in the Women’s Doubles Skill: [3.5] Open Division.
Alvaro Triana, and Jaden Jones won bronze in the Men’s Doubles Skill: [4.0] Open Division.
Also winning bronze were George Thomas and Cordeiro in the Men’s Doubles Skill: [4.0] Age: [50 and above] Division.
Christine Todd, and Powell secured bronze in the Women’s Doubles Skill: [4.0] Age: [50 and above].
Sarah Fox and Stevenson won silver the Women’s Doubles Skill: [3.0] Age: [50 and above] division.
Meanwhile, Michael Way, and Smith claimed gold in the Men’s Doubles Skill: [4.5] Age: [50 And Above] Division.
On the first day of the competition, Phillips won the Women’s Singles Skill: [3.5] Division silver medal; Manders claimed bronze in the Men’s Singles Skill [4.5].
