BLMC Announce Their Official Launch
The Bermuda Land Management Corporation [BLMC] announced its official launch, which it said marks a “new chapter for our island. ”
A spokesperson said, “BLMC is the result of the consolidation of the Bermuda Land Development Company [BLDC] and the West End Development Corporation [WEDCO]. This strategic move will allow us to streamline operations and focus on creating sustainable solutions for land development and management in Bermuda.”
“We’re excited to bring together the strengths of both organizations to better serve our community,” says Andrew Dias, CEO of BLMC. “This is about maximizing our resources and enhancing our ability to manage our lands efficiently, ultimately benefiting everyone in Bermuda.”
The spokesperson said, “BLMC’ s head office is conveniently located on the second floor of the Clocktower Mall, with an additional office in Southside at 5 Waller’s Point Road, St. George’s DD03. This ensures we are accessible to everyone in the community.
