Montgomery & London Extend Winning Streak
Blake Montgomery and his London Knights teammates continued their impressive run with a 3-1 victory over the Kitchener Rangers in Ontario hockey league action. The win extends the Knights’ winning streak to 12 games and places them just one point behind Kitchener in the Midwest division standings.
Sam Dickinson scored the game-winning goal for the Knights, while Easton Cowan added an empty-net goal to extend his remarkable regular-season point streak to 52 games.
London goaltender Aleksei Medvedev delivered a strong performance, stopping 20 of 21 shots to secure the win. Kitchener’s lone goal was scored by Jack Pridham, while goaltender Jackson Parsons made 35 saves on 37 shots.
