Video: Bermuda Boats In Parade In Florida
Two Bermuda crews took part in the recent powerboat parade at the Key West World Championships in Florida.
Luis Martin, the driver, and Andy Stoneham, the throttleman, of the S-12 Nuff Said/Bermuda, and David Selley, the driver, and Steven Bridges, the throttleman, of the S-25 Team Bermuda participated in the First State Bank World’s Fastest Parade on Duval Street.
It featured some of the world’s top racing boats cruising through Key West’s iconic strip.
The Bermudian crews were scheduled to race in the Truman Waterfront Cup yesterday [November 6], which was cancelled because of an impending tropical storm.
The Key West World Championships will continue as planned, with races tomorrow and Sunday still scheduled.
