Golf: Oliver Betschart Wins Moongate Title
Oliver Betschart battled challenging conditions and a determined field to successfully defend his Gosling’s Moongate Tour Championship title at Port Royal Golf Course.
Betschart, who started the final round one shot off the lead, carded an impressive 2-under par 69 to finish the tournament at even par. His composed performance in difficult weather conditions proved decisive, as he held off a late charge from Kenny Leseur. Leseur, who shot a level-par 71 in the final round, finished in second place at 3-over par.
