Butterfield Appoints New Registrar & Agent
The Bank of Butterfield has notified the Bermuda Stock Exchange about the appointment of a new Registrar and Transfer Agent for its Bermuda-registered common shares.
The filing stated, “The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited informs the Bermuda Stock Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 6.16 of the Bermuda Stock Exchange Listing Regulations, the Bank is notifying the Exchange that it has appointed a new Registrar and Transfer Agent for its Bermuda-registered common shares.
“The new Registrar and Transfer Agent for Bermuda-registered securities is Artex Fund Services Ltd. [Artex], effective as of 1 January 2025, and is located at Wessex House, 3 rd Floor 45 Reid Street, Hamilton, Bermuda. Artex is replacing MUFG Fund Services [Bermuda] Limited, which is closing its Bermuda office at the end of December 2024.
“The Transfer Agent for US-registered securities remains unchanged with Computershare.”
