Daley Breaks National Record In Budapest
Elijah Daley continued his impressive showing at the World Aquatics short course swimming championships in Budapest, setting a new Bermuda national record in the men’s 100m butterfly.
Competing in heat 4, Daley touched the wall in a time of 53.52, securing a ninth-place finish in his heat and 52nd overall. This time bettered his previous national record of 53.56, which he set at the Ontario junior internationals in December 2023.
