Adrian Trott’s Amherst Win Championship
Adrian Trott’s Amherst College defeated fellow Bermudian Peter Silvester’s Connecticut College in the NESCAC National Championship game at the Peter Johann Memorial Field in Nevada, Las Vegas.
The match went to a penalty shootout after remaining goalless after 110 minutes of action, which Amhurst ultimately won 4-3.
Goalkeeper Silvester made six saves during the game for Connecticut; meanwhile, Trott was an unused substitute for Amhurst.
