Hayward Officiates In Caribbean Cup Final
Bermuda’s FIFA Assistant Referee Clinton Hayward is in the Dominican Republic officiating the second leg between Cibao FC and Cavalier FC of the 2024 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Final at the Estadio Cibao FC in Santiago de los Caballeros.
Cavalier FC enters with a 1-0 lead on aggregate after winning at home in the first leg last week. Shaquille Stein scored the lone goal in the 20th minute to extend his mark as the tournament’s leading scorer to eight goals.
Cibao FC won the match 2 – 1, to make it 2 – 2, but it was Cavalier FC who raised the trophy by scoring the away goal.
