Bermuda U17 Team Defeat Cayman U17 2-0
The Bermuda Under-17 national football team made a winning start to their Concacaf Women’s Under-17 Qualifiers after defeating the Cayman Islands Under-17 2-0 yesterday [January 27].
Daley Outerbridge scored twice to lead Bermuda to victory, with her first goal coming in the 44th minute and second in the 53rd in the group A match at the Estadio Centroamericano in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.
Bermuda Under-17 face Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Under-17 tomorrow.
Saint Vincent lost 3-0 to Puerto Rico in their opening match yesterday.
