Bryce Montgomery Has Assist In Bison Win
Bermudian Bryce Montgomery had an assist in Bloomington Bison’s 4-1 win at home to the Utah Grizzles in the ECHL yesterday [January 18].
Montgomery, who has been assigned by National Hockey League [NHL] team the Carolina Hurricanes to the Bison, created the final goal for his side.
The 6ft 5in 231-pound defenceman was drafted by the Hurricanes in the sixth round of the NHL Entry Draft in 2021.
His younger brother, Blake Montgomery, was drafted by NHL team the Ottawa Senators in June. He currently plays for London Knights in the Ontario Hockey League.
