Register For ‘Finance To Fintech’ Course
The Economic Development Department is encouraging the public to register for the ‘Finance to Fintech’ course, developed in collaboration with ViableEdu, and the online orientation session.
A Government spokesperson said, “This month-long programme is designed to equip Bermuda’s residents with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the rapidly growing fintech industry.
“Designed in partnership with industry experts and fully delivered online and in real time, the Finance to Fintech programme will give participants insights into key topics, such as the mechanics of capital markets, electronic trading, and digital assets – cryptocurrencies and blockchain – and their applications.
“The programme also includes weekly networking opportunities with industry leaders, interactive learning modules, and tailored career guidance to support career advancement in fintech.
“Additionally, the Economic Development Department is pleased to offer a 100% tuition refund for Bermudian participants who successfully complete the course on time.
“Please note the following important dates:
- The application deadline is 7 February 2025
- The programme begins on 1 March 2025
- The programme completion date is 31 March 2025
