Bermuda Sit Third In Qualifying Group
The Bermuda Under-17 national team are in third position in group A of the Concacaf Under-17 Men’s Qualifiers heading into their final two matches.
Bermuda, who are hosting the group matches, have three points from two games after defeating Anguilla 3-1 and losing to Curaçao 6-1.
Canada and Curaçao both have six points from their opening two matches; however, Canada, who beat Anguilla 8-0 yesterday [February 11] have a far superior goal difference and occupy the sole qualifying spot.
Curaçao defeated Turks and Caicos 2-0 in the other game yesterday.
Bermuda return to action tomorrow when they face Turks and Caicos at the Flora Duffy Stadium before playing Canada in the final group game on Sunday.
Turks and Caicos and Anguilla have already been eliminated from the qualifying group. They both have one game remaining and cannot qualify.
