Keziah Martin Signs Hereford Contract
Bermuda national team footballer Keziah Martin has signed a permanent deal with Enterprise National League North side Hereford.
The midfielder, who scored in a 3-2 win away to Worksop Town at the weekend, joined Hereford on loan from rivals Buxton in January.
Aaron Downes, the Hereford manager, said he has been impressed with the 25-year-old’s enthusiasm since joining the club.
“I really like Kez – it’s great having him permanent,” Downes said.
“What’s important to me is his willingness and want to be here.
“That was evident with Kez – he was desperate to stay. As soon as I mentioned, ‘Do you want to turn this into a permanent deal’, he was like, ‘Absolutely’.
“I like that a lot. I want that character and I want people who want to be here and be part of what we do.
“I’ve had good conversations with him and he knows what’s expected of him.”
