Video: Bermuda U17 Defeat Turks And Caicos
The Bermuda Under-17 national team defeated Turks and Caicos 5-0 in the Concacaf Under-17 Men’s Qualifiers at the Flora Duffy Stadium yesterday [February 13].
Kalen Brunson scored a hat-trick for Bermuda, netting a penalty in the sixth minute and doubling his side’s lead in the 27th minute.
He completed his treble in the 54th minute before Logan Jiménez added a fourth in the 73rd minute.
Substitute Harlem Bean-Fox completed the rout in the first minute of stoppage time to make it 5-0.
The victory moved Bermuda level on six points with Curaçao, both having played three matches.
Bermuda are second in group A with a superior goal difference and face leaders Canada, who have nine points from three matches, on Sunday.
Canada defeated Curaçao 7-1 yesterday.
The top team from the group will advance to the next stage.
