Trey Mallory and his UNC Wilmington University men’s tennis teammates enjoyed a dominant performance in their home opener, cruising to a 6-1 victory over North Florida.
The win sees UNC Wilmington improve their record to 3-1 for the season, while North Florida’s struggles continue, falling to 1-8.
Senior Trey Mallory secured his first win of the season in the No. 6 singles spot, battling back from a set down to defeat Joao Portugal 3-6, 6-1, 10-8.
