Pitts Bay Rd Closure For Demolition On Feb 23

The Ministry of Public Works advised the motoring public that “Pitts Bay Road in Pembroke will be closed to traffic on Sunday, 23 February 2025, to facilitate building demolition works.”

A Government spokesperson said, “The closure will be effective from 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and span from Woodbourne Avenue to Waterloo Lane.

“Representatives from Island Construction Services will direct traffic control measures. Motorists are urged to seek alternative routes and observe all traffic signage in the area.

Traffic Diversions:

• Westbound traffic will be diverted via Woodbourne Avenue.
• Eastbound traffic will be diverted via Rosemont Avenue.

“The Ministry thanks the public for their cooperation and apologises for any inconvenience caused.”
