The Women Behind Pod
“Pod began as a shared dream between Feven and Rhiannon, who first met at the Ignite Bermuda Entrepreneurial Accelerator program.
“Feven, a birth and lactation professional with 17 years of experience in education, transitioned to full-time birth work to focus on empowering women through emotional, practical, and educational support. She also envisioned creating a one-stop shop for women’s health and family lifestyle products to better serve her clients at Harmony Birth Bermuda.
“Rhiannon, inspired by her journey as a mother of two, founded Nom Noms, a boutique toddler meal prep service, after having her first child in 2021. Her personal experience navigating gaps in products and services for women and families motivated her to create something she wished existed during her own postpartum journey.
“The idea for Pod solidified in 2023 when Feven supported Rhiannon and her husband as their doula for the birth of their second child. Feven and Rhiannon’s combined experiences and shared vision for empowering women laid the foundation for Pod.
