LOM Financial Share Repurchase Update
LOM Financial Limited repurchased 7,500 shares of its own stock at $8.00 per share.
A filing with the BSX stated, “LOM Financial Limited [“the Company”] announces that pursuant to Regulation 6.14[2][i] of the BSX Listing Regulations, that on 4th March 2026, the Company purchased 7,500 shares of its own stock at $8.00 per share. This purchase price was a higher price than the previous trade on 12th January 2026, which was at $7.70.
“The Company has advised that there is no pending announcement to be made.”
