Hamilton Lions Supports Chatmore School
The Hamilton Lions Club has welcomed young students into the fold, with the Chatmore British International School starting its own Leos Club.
Jeffrey Trott, the Hamilton Lions Club president, awarded students with Leo lapel pins and presented the Smith’s school with a Certificate of Organisation last Friday [March 7].
The Leos Club, for youngsters aged 12 to 18, aims to serve the community.
“We are excited to introduce and congratulate the 15 charter members of the Leo Club of Chatmore School,” read a Lions Clubs of Bermuda social media post.
“Special thanks to president, Jeffrey Trott, third vice-resident Lion Duane Deroza, our Leo Club advisor, faculty advisor teacher Campbell, and all the Lions who played a vital role in bringing this club to life.
“Together, Lions and Leos form a powerful partnership working side by side to serve communities and inspire change.
“Congratulations to the Leo Club of Chatmore School! Where there’s a need, there’s a Leo!”
