Logan Jiménez Signs Pro Deal At Hibernian
Logan Jiménez has taken a significant step in his football career by signing his first professional contract with Hibernian Football Club in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The 16-year-old has been in impressive form for Hibernian’s Under-18 team this season, most recently scoring twice in a 6-1 win over St Mirren Under-18.
Jiménez has also shown leadership on the international stage, captaining the Bermuda Under-17 team during the Concacaf Under-17 World Cup qualifying campaign and representing the Scottish Schools’ Football Association Under-18 side.
Capable of playing as a left back, left winger, or striker, Jiménez is eager to continue his development at the Scottish Premier League side.
“I’ve been working hard this season and feel I deserved a contract,” Jiménez told Bernews.
“I was relieved and happy when I was told I was getting one. It’s a one-year deal until next summer.
“I’ve dug deep this year and was determined to get a contract. It’s paid off.
“My family has supported me through some tough times, so I have to thank them.”
