Age Concern Temporarily Closes Head Office

Age Concern’s head office is temporarily closed due to building concerns, but programs and services continue off-site as staff work remotely and remain available by phone and email.

A spokesperson said, “Age Concern would like to advise the public that our head office located at 24 Admiralty Lane, Pembroke is currently temporarily closed as we address some building-related concerns. This is a precautionary measure, and we want to reassure the community that our programs and services—particularly those taking place off-site—are continuing as scheduled.

“During this period, our team is working remotely and remains committed to supporting you. If you call our office and are unable to reach someone right away, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may also email us at info@ageconcern.bm. Response times may be slightly delayed as we are operating with reduced in-person support.

Membership Payments

“For members wishing to make cash or card payments, we kindly ask that you:

  • Pay at any of our upcoming education sessions, if attending
  • Visit our desk at CG Pharmacy on Tuesdays from 10am to 2pm
  • Come by our Membership Monday pop ups [on the first Monday of every month] or,
  • If you are paying by cheque, kindly mail your payment to P.O. Box HM 2397 Hamilton, HM JX
  • Using only card, contact our membership line at 238-7525 between 10am and 2pm
