City Satisfaction Survey Deadline Extended
The City of Hamilton has extended the deadline for its City Satisfaction Survey by one week, giving City residents, ratepayers, and City-based businesses until Thursday, May 1, 2025, to share their feedback.
A spokesperson said, “To encourage participation, every eligible survey respondent who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win free City parking for an entire year, valid at any City of Hamilton car park—a prize valued at up to $3,500.
“The results of the survey will play a critical role in shaping the City’s future plans, identifying areas for improvement, and informing strategic decision-making across a range of services. The survey includes questions on satisfaction with events, public art, engagement efforts, infrastructure, cleanliness, safety, and more.”
“By taking part, participants are not only making their voices heard—they are helping to drive the change they want to see and shape the future of the City,” said a City Spokesperson. “Extending the survey deadline ensures that as many residents, businesses, and property owners as possible have the chance to share their perspectives.”
The spokesperson said, “The City has developed two separate surveys: one for City residents/property owners and one for City-based businesses. They can be found here:
“Both are being administered by Narrative Research, a trusted local research firm. All responses are anonymous and will be used strictly for research purposes. Outreach includes email invitations, flyers, in-person interviews, telephone calls, and digital access via link or QR code.
“The City urges all eligible participants to take just five minutes to complete the survey before the new deadline and help ensure their feedback makes an impact.”
