Compre Completes CSE Group Acquisition
Compre Group has completed its acquisition of the CSE Group.
A spokesperson said, “Compre Group Holdings Limited [Compre], the Bermuda-domiciled global specialty reinsurance group, today announces the completion of its acquisition of the CSE Group, a US subsidiary of Covéa.
“The CSE Group includes two California-domiciled personal lines insurance carriers which ceased to underwrite new business in 2024. This is the second transaction between Covéa and Compre, reinforcing Compre’s commitment to the US market.”
