ESC & Frameworks Merge Operations
ESC Limited and Frameworks announced the “successful merger of their operations” which they said “brings together both entities’ strengths, creating a comprehensive and seamless shopping experience.
A spokesperson said, “The union of ESC and Frameworks, effective 31 May 2023, is a testament to their shared vision of providing customers with an integrated and comprehensive shopping experience. ESC, renowned for its excellence in electrical supplies, lighting, and home decor, now incorporates the specialized framing and printing services offered by Frameworks. This merger broadens the range of products and services and enhances the quality and diversity of offerings.
“Merging the companies required a more extensive showroom and framing workshop area, which gives customers a behind-the-scenes look into the framing and printing process from within the space. The growing popularity of ESC’s home décor and gift selection pushed the company to extend its offerings. The new showroom is a fresh and impeccably designed space that creates a unique shopping experience for customers.
“Plus, the updated café and extended porch add to the appeal of this destination. ESC collaborated with 27 local Bermuda vendors throughout the project, ensuring the incorporation of local craftsmanship and creating an impressive space.”
Lindsay Butterfield, General Manager of ESC, expressed excitement about the collaborative efforts, stating, “We are delighted to welcome the Frameworks team to ESC. ESC is open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 5 pm Saturday.
