Cambridge Beaches announced an “exclusive two-day culinary experience featuring acclaimed Chef Tracey Shepos Cenami, Executive Chef of La Crema Winery and celebrated expert in food and wine pairings. ”

A spokesperson said, “This rare collaboration with Cambridge Beaches’ own Executive Chef James Wambui and Kendall-Jackson Wines, distributed exclusively in Bermuda by Goslings, promises to be an unforgettable celebration of flavoor, creativity, and craftsmanship.

“Chef Tracey Shepos Cenami brings a distinguished culinary pedigree, having earned accolades for her innovative pairings and appearances on numerous culinary programs. She has been featured on the Food Network and in publications like Wine Enthusiast Magazine, where she’s been praised for her refined approach to West Coast cuisine. A celebrated cookbook author and television personality, Chef Tracey’s ability to harmonize bold flavours with fine wines has made her a sought-after figure in the world of food and wine.
