Parsons Records 2nd Fastest UMBC 100M Time
Za’Kayza Parsons of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County [UMBC] women’s outdoor track & field team competed at the James Madison Invitational.
Parsons recorded a time of 11.58 seconds in the women’s 100 meter dash, placing sixth in the event. This mark stands as the second-fastest in UMBC program history. Parsons’ performance currently ranks fourth in the league standings for the season in this event.
Parsons also participated in the women’s 200 meter dash, finishing in 13th place with a time of 25.11 seconds.
