Somers Share Repurchases For March
Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of March 2025, Somers purchased 1,179,894 of its own common shares at an average cost of $13.88 per share.
The BSX filing stated, “The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect. The number of common shares in issue as at March 31, 2025 was 22,861,221 [net of 1,179,894 treasury shares].”
