Can You Identify Anyone In This Video?
The police have released video footage in connection with the investigation into the double murder in Sandys, and are appealing for anybody that can identify the individuals in the video to please contact them.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service is urging members of the public, should they recognize or are able to identify anyone from these clips to please get in contact with us.
“You may do so by calling the Serious Crime Unit on 247-1739. Alternatively, please use the community reporting portal at portal.police.bm
“Otherwise please share the information with a police officer you’re familiar with or by calling the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers number, 800-8477.”
Speaking at a press conference earlier today, the police said, “There will be video footage that will be released to the public, asking the public if they can recognize those persons that, we, are persons of interest to this inquiry who entered the Legends Bar and left. So when you see that footage, if you can identify those particular persons in that footage, if you can recognize them, those are critical to our lines of inquiry and helping to advance this investigation.”
The shooting last night resulted in the death of two people — a male and a female — and also injured three other people, with the police saying that it is believed the suspects fired “indiscriminately at those inside of the club.”
