Results: Gosling’s Moongate Tour Major
Chris Smith held his nerve to clinch victory in the Gosling’s Moongate Tour Major at the Turtle Hill Golf Club.
Smith, Daniel Augustus, and Scott Roy were tied on one-over par 55 at the top of the leaderboard after a tightly contested first round.
Smith carded another one-over par in his second round, finishing the tournament at two-over par.
His two rounds included five birdies and a steady 24 pars, offset by seven bogeys.
Augustus finished one stroke behind in second place.
Roy and Kenny Leseur, who had been in contention after the first round, both finished a further stroke back.
