Waste Collection Changes On Bermuda Day
The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advised that due to the Bermuda Day holiday on Friday, 23 May 2025, household waste that would usually be collected on that day will instead be collected on Saturday, 24 May.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Tynes Bay Public Drop-Off will remain open on the 23rd from 9 a.m. until noon.
“The facility accepts all household waste, small metal waste, wooden items, tin, aluminium, glass bottles [TAG recyclables], waste paint, pesticides, used motor oil, fluorescent tubes, CFLs, and household and vehicle batteries.”
