Kiwon Waldron Competes In Six Races
Bermudian harness pony racing driver Kiwon Waldron returned to racing action at Harrah’s Hoosier Park, participating in multiple qualifying races.
Waldron’s day began in the first qualifying pace race, where he drove My Girl Lizzie to a sixth-place finish in 1 minute and 57 seconds. In the second qualifying pace race, he piloted Meadowbrook Lady to seventh place with a time of 1 minute, 58 and two-fifths seconds.
Switching to trotters, Waldron drove Dan’s Dandy to seventh place in the third qualifying race, clocking a time of 2 minutes, 4 and two-fifths seconds.
Returning to the pace gait in the fourth qualifying race, Waldron finished sixth aboard Youda Shark in 1 minute, 57 and four-fifths seconds. His performance improved in the fifth qualifying trot race, where he steered Molly’s Terry to a third-place finish in 1 minute, 57 and three-fifths seconds.
In the ninth race of the day, a regular pace event, Waldron drove Miki’s Big Guy to a third-place finish, crossing the line in 1 minute, 54 and two-fifths seconds.
