Delayed Start To Paving Works In Sandys
The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advises the public that “today’s [May 6] planned paving works on Somerset Road at Scaur Hill, Sandys, experienced a delayed start due to unexpected equipment failure.”
A Government spokesperson said, “As a result, the work is now expected to continue into the 4:00 p.m. rush hour. Motorists are urged to proceed with caution in the area and to expect some delays.
“The Ministry thanks the public for their patience and cooperation as it works to address the road surface issue.”
