BEDC Opens Enterprise Incubator Applications
The BEDC is accepting applications for its 7th Enterprise Bermuda Incubator to support early-stage entrepreneurs.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Economic Development Corporation [BEDC] is accepting applications for the 7th Cohort of its Enterprise Bermuda Incubator program. Designed to help local entrepreneurs and small businesses, this year’s program will run from July 3, 2025, through March 12, 2026.
“The Enterprise Bermuda Incubator offers a structured six-month development process that helps participants move beyond the idea stage to launching or growing their businesses. The program provides entrepreneurs with valuable resources, including complimentary access to BEDC’s educational courses, free office space for up to one year, dedicated mentorship, and international training opportunities.”
Jamillah Lodge, Director of Communication & Development at BEDC, said, “The Enterprise Bermuda Incubator provides hands-on support and critical resources that help entrepreneurs turn their business ideas into viable and successful ventures. Our aim with this program is to benefit the local entrepreneurial landscape by fostering innovation, creating jobs, and supporting sustainable economic growth. We strongly encourage all eligible entrepreneurs to apply.”
The spokesperson said, “Up to 10 successful applicants will benefit from tailored guidance from BEDC Business Development Officers, alongside pro-bono or subsidized professional services such as marketing, accounting, legal support, and web development.
“Applications must be submitted by midnight on Monday, June 23, 2025. Successful applicants will be notified by June 27, 2025. The program begins with orientation on July 3, 2025, and concludes with a graduation ceremony on March 12, 2026.
