“Minister Hayward does not have a TikTok account and any content posted under this profile should be regarded as false and misleading.”

Minister Hayward said, “It is deeply concerning that someone would attempt to impersonate a public official to deceive others. I urge everyone to be vigilant and verify social media accounts’ authenticity before engaging with them.”

The Government spokesperson said, “The public is reminded to rely only on official information and advisories from the Government of Bermuda’s official communication section, the Department of Communications.”
