[Updating] Bermuda’s football team is set to play against the Cayman Islands this evening [June 4] as part of the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, with kick off to take place at 8.00pm at the Dame Flora Duffy South Field, National Sports Centre. With international football events there are generally rules that restrict streaming and/or video, so we will just be doing some text updates and images as able.
Update: Bermuda’s football team thrilled the home fans as they secured a commanding 5-0 victory over the Cayman Islands in a FIFA World Cup 2026 Concacaf Qualifiers match at the Dame Flora Duffy field at the National Sports Centre this evening [June 4].
The Gombey Warriors established an early lead with Zeiko Lewis converting a penalty in the 12th minute. Djair Parfitt-Williams extended Bermuda’s advantage in the 54th minute, followed by goals from Kole Hall in the 64th minute, Reggie Lambe in the 79th minute, and then Julian Carpenter added another goal in the 84th minute, to give Bermuda the 5-0 lead.
