Softball: Hammers, Flyers & Stand Points Win
The Bermuda Softball League season resumed at the Michael Preece Softball Diamond with three games.
The BGA Hammers defeated the Slug Pirates 23-15. Duj Simons of the Hammers went 3 for 5, including a home run and 4 RBIs. Justin Sasportas of the Slug Pirates went 3 for 3 with a double, a triple, and 3 RBIs.
The Parquet Flyers secured a 19-13 victory over the Moongate Brewers. Lewis Reynoso of the Flyers hit a home run and collected 4 RBIs, going 4 for 5. Terance Corday of the Brewers went 4 for 4 with two home runs and 5 RBIs.
Fundamental Stand Points edged Killa Watt 19-17. Dylan Somerville of Fundamental Stand Points went 5 for 5, including two home runs and 5 RBIs. For Killa Watt, Kenrick Richardson hit two home runs and had 5 RBIs, going 2 for 3.
