BMA Acknowledges Custodian Life Statement
The Bermuda Monetary Authority has acknowledged a July 1 statement by the Joint Provisional Liquidators of Custodian Life Limited, which has been under Court-Ordered Provisional Liquidation since November 2024.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Monetary Authority [Authority and BMA] is aware of a public statement issued on 1 July 2025 by the Joint Provisional Liquidators of Custodian Life Limited [Company].
“Custodian Life Limited is regulated by the Authority and has been in Court-Ordered Provisional Liquidation since 24 November 2024.”
