Elliot Alumni Present Education Awards
The Elliot School Alumni Association recently gathered at Christ Anglican Church hall to present this year’s further education awards, funded by The Elliot Trust, with Myeisha Sharrieff, Ca’Mya Rose, Amaya Rollins, Hadaz Philpott, Kaitelyn Smith, and Jaden-Alex Walrond receiving awards.
A spokesperson said, “On Saturday, July 12 at approximately 6.00pm, members of the Elliot School Alumni Association gathered at the Christ Anglican Church hall to present this year’s recipients with the further education awards, funded by The Elliot Trust.
“One of the main requirements of the scholarships is that the applicants must have attended, or be a close relative of someone who attended, Elliot Primary.
“Similar to last year, this year’s recipients were presented with their scholarships by one of the one of the remaining Trustees, Mr. Leon Simmons. The recipients are Myeisha Sharrieff, Ca’Mya Rose, Amaya Rollins, Hadaz Philpott, Kaitelyn Smith, and Jaden-Alex Walrond.”
