Fidelis Insurance Group Appoints Anneeka Patel
Fidelis Insurance Group has appointed Anneeka Patel as Chief Human Resources Officer, with responsibility for HR operations across its Bermuda, UK, and Ireland teams.
A spokesperson said, “Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited, a global specialty insurer, today announced the appointment of Anneeka Patel to Chief Human Resources Officer. Joining the executive management team, Anneeka will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing HR for the Company across its Bermuda, United Kingdom, and Ireland teams.”
Anneeka Patel, Chief Human Resources Officer commented, “This is an exciting time to join Fidelis Insurance Group. I look forward to leading the HR department, contributing to the Company’s growth and success, and supporting the development of its greatest asset: its people.”

The spokesperson said, “Anneeka brings over a decade of experience in HR across financial services. She joins us from Deutsche Numis where she held the position of acting Head of HR. Anneeka has also held several senior HR roles at other companies including Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management, Pimco and Russell Investments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
“Anneeka will be reporting directly to Group Chief Operating Officer Jason Kittinger and will be based in London.”
