Rize Highlights Summer Intern Jah’Shon Jeffers
Rize Technologies highlighted Jah’Shon Jeffers, who worked with the company as part of their 2025 summer internship programme.
Mr. Jeffers completed his internship on July 25th, 2025, under the mentorship of Rize’s CEO, Gilbert A. Darrell, who said, ‘The structured program he followed is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and real-world exposure to the dynamic field of IT services.’
“During his time with Rize, Mr. Jeffers had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, gain insight into the company’s structure and operations, and contribute ideas while developing workplace habits and professional communication skills.
“The internship also included guidance from the team and exposure to the company’s broader efforts across industries including managed IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud consulting. Through regular check-ins and project-based learning, Mr. Jeffers received continuous feedback and mentorship to support his growth.
“Our goal was to ensure he gained not only technical experience but also the confidence to explore future career paths in the tech industry. This program is part of our ongoing commitment to building future talent and supporting Bermudian youth.
