Videos: Jake Brislane Wins Silver Medal
Jake Brislane won Bermuda’s third medal – and second of the day – after claiming silver in the men’s 5,000 metres final at the Island Games in Orkney today [July 17].
Brislane, who placed fifth in the 1,500 final on Tuesday, finished in a time of 15min 15.38sec.
Christopher Bain, of Guernsey, won the race in 15:13.55.
Golfer Sienna Mosquera won bronze in the women’s event today, adding to the silver secured by Taylor Carrick in the squash men’s singles on Tuesday.
