Bournemouth & Bermuda FA Coaching Clinics
AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust continued its partnership with the Bermuda FA through a week-long series of girls’ football coaching sessions on the island.
A statement on the AFC website said, “AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust were delighted to continue their partnership with Bermuda FA with a week-long girls coaching on the island.
“Coaching clinics were organised for 9-13, 13-17 and 17+ girls at the Bermuda FA field, where the team of 3 coaches worked through a series of practices testing and challenging the players.
“The partnership between AFC Bournemouth and Bermuda FA has developed well in looking to provide football opportunities to young players following the signing of Bermudian international Kenni Thompson for AFC Bournemouth women.”
Head of Community Steve Cuss said “We were pleased to continue to be able to work with the Bermuda FA providing opportunities for girls through the coaching clinics and development pathway”
“We look forward to continuing the partnership and providing further opportunities for the players to continue their development”.
